Due to the near infrared lights, it is important to protect your eyes.
They get very hot.
The sauna is not recommended for individuals with cardiovascular or respiratory disorders.
Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs should not enter the sauna.
Elderly people or individuals under a doctors care for health issues should consult their doctor before entering the sauna.
Unlock the sauna door.
Turn the near infrared timers to the right of the door for 30 minutes.
Tap the top button of the two far infrared timers for 30 minutes ONLY. Then turn on all the light switches for the lights.
It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to reach the appropriate temperature depending upon the weather.
120 to 140 degrees is the best temperature range for in infrared sauna. These saunas do not get as hot as a traditional sauna.
We recommend a maximum of 15 minutes in the sauna. A sand timer is attached to the wall.
Check to make sure it is between 120 and 140 degrees. There are vents to help cool down the space if needed. You may also open the door for a coupe of minutes to cool the space as well.
Guest must leave bath mats on floor and wear or lay on towels at all times.
Reset all the timers for no more than 30 minutes. DO NOT turn timers to zero.
It is important that you let another person know you are in the sauna. Exit immediately if you feel uncomfortable, dizzy or light headed.
Let all timers run out on their own.
Turn off all the red light switches.
LOCK the sauna door.
Take a cool shower in the outdoor shower to rinse off.
